Asador De Aranda Abu Dhabi

I would just like to commend this Spanish Restaurant in town, they have a very good Christmas atmosphere and staff are very welcoming, they will offer and suggest their best dishes and explain it you in details, my favorite dish will be the kidneys and the Roast Lamb, a tender and juicy meat that melts in the mouth. Their food is authentic Spanish and also the ambience of the place takes you to somehow Spain like feeling. We enjoyed every dish we ordered, and promised to be back again. I have always wanted to try out this place whenever I’m in Abu Dhabi but I usually walked away as I almost always eat alone and the thought of having all these food by myself would make it impossible for me to stomach! So I decided to go with my wife and daughter (during a recent trip when they joined me for my Abu Dhabi trip), and it was a great food experiment for all of us. We loved the roasted lamb was excellently done - the meat remained succulent yet so crispy, tender and so soft. The tortilla or spacing egg omelette may read out to many to be a simple dish yet simple it is not. It is more like a soufflé than an omelette, offering a nice touch to complement the roasted lamb. The accompanying sides - the long grain rice with roasted nuts and dried raisins also helped to bring out the taste and sweetness of the dishes. Kudos! You’ve done it!
